Ohio has seemingly committed itself to the inferior Intoxilyzer 8000 breath test machine.  I will attend a seminar on November 24, 2008 where Bureau Cheif Dean Ward from the Ohio Department of Health and Dr. Alfred Staubus will address the current situation.  Also in attendance will be John Fusco.  Fusco owns the company that manufactures the BAC DataMaster.  As one of the only attorneys in Ohio licensed on both machines, I can say that the citizens of Ohio would be well-served by reconsidering this decision.
