DAMM is an organization that was founded by a group of responsible citizens who were astonished to learn how legislators and other politicians have created an entire DUI Industry in their quest for easy votes and increased government revenues.

DAMM's' mission is to:

challenge the courts, legislation and organizations that seek to violate your constitutional rights for political and/or financial gain,

provide immediate information designed to assist individuals who have received a DUI citation, and to

provide information designed help individuals avoid becoming a victim of the DUI Industry.

DAMM's' strategy: The key to combating the DUI Industry is eliminating its profitability. By educating the public about the tactics of the DUI Industry, DAMM seeks to reduce the number of arrests, convictions and most importantly, DUI revenues.

DAMM also hopes to relieve the feelings of frustration and embarrassment that accompanies a DUI arrest by exposing the truth about the DUI Industry.
